What does UFCS membership include?

Membership includes access to our funeral concierge service, price negotiation with up to 3 funeral homes on your behalf, protection from upselling, a dedicated personal advisor, and our comprehensive End-of-Life Checklist and planning resources.

When should I become a member?

Many people join as part of their estate planning well before they need our services. Others join when a loved one's health begins to decline. Either way, having UFCS in your corner means one less thing to worry about when the time comes.

How does the price negotiation work?

Once your family has decided on the type of service you want, we contact up to 3 funeral homes in your area to get quotes and negotiate the best possible price. This protects you from overcharging and often saves families hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

What if I've already chosen a funeral home?

That's fine! We can still help. We'll review the pricing to make sure it's fair, and we can negotiate on your behalf or help you compare with other options nearby. Many members are surprised to find better prices just down the street.

Is there a waiting period after I join?

No. Your membership is active immediately, and you can access our services right away if needed.
